Organisation, entertainment and shows for town councils and public bodies, with a single team coordinating the whole project.
Town councils need a partner who understands how a public event is organised: schedule, venue, safety, timings, communication and artistic team. Our job is to bring all of that together in a single project.
We work with institutions such as Abrera Town Council, and adapt the proposal to the budget, the type of audience and the municipality's programming.
We get to know the need and the framework of the event.
We present a project with programme and team.
We produce the event and close it with an evaluation.
We prepare proposals adapted to the council's needs. If there is a specific specification or procedure, tell us and we will assess how to fit it.
It depends on the scope, the date, the team and the location, which is why we prepare each proposal to measure. Write to hola@denergygroup.es with your project details and we will reply with a tailored proposal.
We are based in Abrera (Barcelona) and work mainly in Catalonia. If your project is somewhere else, write to us and we will assess it.
We plan the complete event: goals, budget, resources, team and schedule, with a single team responsible.
